Gymnastics Routines Levels 1, 2 and 3!
Hey guys! This week's theme on SevenGymnasticsGirls is level 1, 2, and 3 routines! Because the routines aren't too long, I decided to show you the floor routine in each level!
In level 1 the skills were:
Forward roll, backward roll,cartwheel, candle stick, bridge, leg kicks with hands on hips, coupe kicks both sides, and a tuck jump!
In level 2 the skills were:
handstand, roundoff, backward roll with straight legs, candle stick, bridge kick over, pivot turns, split leap connected to a forward leg kick, 2 snap quarter turns, and a split jump!
In level 3 the skills were:
Split jump straight jump, handstand bridge kick over, step handstand forward roll, split leap, backward roll to pushup, splits, half turn, and a backhand spring!
